Jaymes Gilmore is an Author, Consultant, Entrepreneur, Inventor, two-time industry disruptor and current and former Patent and Trademark holder.

He is the original inventor of, "Third Party Loss Run Procurement," having been the first to create and bring to the online insurance industry marketplace in 2004, his Commercial Loss Run Ordering System known as, MyLossRuns.com.

Gilmore sold the company in 2015, only to have the buyer default on his loan payments to Gilmore, who was forced to filed a lawsuit in 2019 seeking the court to approve the, "Revert Clause," Gilmore had included within the sale agreement and after over seven years of discovery and court appearances, in 2023, the case went to trial, with Gilmore winning on all counts and with the court allowing the revert clause to kick-in.

As of 2027, Gilmore and his legal team continue to seek the assets originally purchased and required to be returned to Gilmore by the court.

Gilmore is currently a multi-industry consultant, to include agents and brokers within the commercial insurance industry. His book, "Commercial Insurance - Prospecting & Sales - A Handbook for the Enhancement of Selling, is a Best Seller.
