From Soup to Nuts

How It Works

Five simple steps in one continuous loop — from creating the letterhead to receiving the Loss Runs back, often the very same day.

1

Create the Letterhead

An agent, broker, or carrier completes the simple wizard and — at the click of a button — generates an official Loss Run Request letterhead on behalf of a prospect or insured.

2

Forward to Prospect / Insured

One more single click of a button and the letterhead forwards directly to the prospect or insured for review and electronic signature.

3

Electronically Sign

The prospect or insured clicks one button to electronically sign the Loss Run request — no printing, no scanning, no delay.

4

Auto-Forward to Carrier(s)

The moment it is signed, the request automatically forwards onto the carrier(s) of record for every policy year listed.

5

Carrier Fulfills & Returns

The carrier fulfills and forwards the requested Loss Runs back within days — if not the very same day, as has often been the case.

Loop repeats for every order
