Its purpose is to publicly assert, declare, and protect all intellectual property rights — including trademarks, service marks, trade names, proprietary methodologies, slogans, copyrighted content, and patent rights — associated with FreeLossRuns.com and the broader body of work created by its founder, Jaymes Gilmore.

All names, phrases, marks, and methods referenced herein — whether currently denoted with a ™ symbol or not — are considered the protected intellectual property of ATIN USA and/or Jaymes Gilmore. The absence of a ™ or ® symbol does not constitute a waiver of any intellectual property rights.

The methods, procedures, and processes by which loss runs are ordered and received from insurance carriers — including those in liquidation or run-off — were invented by Jaymes Gilmore and are the proprietary intellectual property of ATIN USA. These include:

• Third Party Loss Run Procurement™ — the original methodology for ordering and receiving commercial loss runs on behalf of agents, brokers, and carriers without signed authorization from the insured.
• The procedures, workflows, and request-generation tools embodied within FreeLossRuns.com and MyLossRuns.com.
• The integrated claim reserve correction and close-out process offered through OverReserved.com.

Over 30 million commercial loss runs have been ordered and successfully received using the methods and procedures we invented. These methodologies may not be copied, replicated, reverse- engineered, or commercially exploited without the express written consent of ATIN USA.

Jaymes Gilmore is a current and former Patent and Trademark holder. Any patent rights — whether issued, pending, or applied for — associated with the processes, systems, or methods described on this Site, including those related to Third Party Loss Run Procurement™ and OverReserved.com, remain the exclusive property of Jaymes Gilmore and/or ATIN USA. Nothing on this Site grants any license or right under any patent.

ATIN USA grants every user of FreeLossRuns.com an unlimited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-transferable license to use the Site and its loss run request-generation tools for lawful commercial insurance purposes. This license includes:

• The right to create and submit loss run requests to any U.S. carrier at no cost.
• The right to use the generated request letters in submissions, quotes, and renewals.
• Unlimited use by any number of users within a single agency or brokerage.

This license does not grant any right to: (a) use the FreeLossRuns.com, MyLossRuns.com, LossFax.com, or OverReserved.com names or marks in advertising or promotional materials; (b) represent or imply affiliation with or endorsement by ATIN USA; (c) copy, redistribute, or resell the Site's tools, content, or methodologies; or (d) use the Third Party Loss Run Procurement™ method independently outside of the FreeLossRuns.com platform.

Requests for licenses beyond the free-use license described above — including commercial licensing, partnership, white-label, or enterprise use of any name, mark, methodology, or content owned by ATIN USA — must be submitted in writing and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

ATIN USA actively protects its intellectual property. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or misappropriation of any name, mark, slogan, methodology, or content referenced in this Notice may result in legal action, including claims for trademark infringement, copyright infringement, unfair competition, and patent infringement, as applicable.

We reserve the right to update this Notice at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of FreeLossRuns.com after any changes constitutes acknowledgment of the updated Notice.
