FreeLossRuns.com is a free, web-based platform that provides commercial insurance agents, brokers, producers, customer service representatives (CSRs), and direct-writing insurance companies with an unlimited, free-use license to create and submit loss run requests to any insurance carrier operating within the United States of America — including, in many cases, carriers in liquidation or run-off status.

The Site is operated by ATIN USA — All Things Insurance LLC, headquartered at PO Box 364, Ocean Springs, MS 39566. The service is provided at no cost, with no subscriptions and no per-order charges.

FreeLossRuns.com is provided entirely at no cost. We do not charge fees, subscription costs, or per-order charges of any kind to any individual or entity that orders loss runs through this website. This commitment is permanent and unconditional.

Users are granted an unlimited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the loss run request generation tools available on this Site for lawful commercial insurance purposes.

Certain features of the Site require a registered account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Each registered user is assigned a dedicated User Vault — a secure, private data storage that accumulates every loss run request letter created through your account. The User Vault is personal to the account holder and is not shared with other users. Vault data is retained in perpetuity unless you request deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.

By using FreeLossRuns.com, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a licensed insurance professional or an authorized representative of a commercial entity.
• All information you submit is accurate, truthful, and submitted in good faith for lawful commercial insurance purposes.
• You have the authority to request loss runs on behalf of the insured or prospect identified in each request.
• You will not use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
• You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent loss run requests.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, another user's account, or any systems or networks connected to the Site.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or the networks on which the Site is hosted.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the Site without our express written permission.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site for commercial purposes without our consent.

The Site, its design, content, tools, logos, and the Third Party Loss Run Procurement™ method are the intellectual property of ATIN USA — All Things Insurance LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, service marks, or proprietary methods without our prior written consent.

Loss run request letters you generate through the Site remain your property. By using the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, transmit, and store those requests solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

The Site may contain links to affiliated or partner websites such as MyLossRuns.com, LossFax.com, and OverReserved.com. These sites operate under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or services of any third-party site. You access third-party sites at your own risk.

OverReserved.com is a separate, optional paid service that is integrated with FreeLossRuns.com. Use of OverReserved.com is governed by its own terms and is never a requirement of using FreeLossRuns.com.

The Site and its services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that loss run requests submitted through the Site will be fulfilled by the addressed carrier. We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or responses of any insurance carrier.

FreeLossRuns.com is a request generation and transmission tool. We are not a party to any transaction between you and an insurance carrier, and we make no representation regarding the availability, accuracy, or completeness of any loss run information provided by a carrier.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ATIN USA — All Things Insurance LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its services.

Because the Site is provided free of charge, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Site, which is zero ($0.00).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ATIN USA — All Things Insurance LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (d) the information you submit through the Site.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. You may request deletion of your account and User Vault data at any time by contacting us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jackson County, Mississippi.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of FreeLossRuns.com after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
