FreeLossRuns.com provides commercial insurance agents, brokers, producers, customer service representatives (CSRs), and direct-writing insurance companies with an unlimited, free-use license to create and submit loss run requests to any insurance carrier operating within the United States of America — including, in many cases, carriers in liquidation or run-off status.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and handle information you provide when using our Site and services. By accessing or using FreeLossRuns.com, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

FreeLossRuns.com is provided entirely at no cost. We do not charge fees, subscription costs, or per-order charges of any kind to any individual or entity that orders loss runs through this website. This commitment is permanent and unconditional.

Users are granted an unlimited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the loss run request generation tools available on this Site for lawful commercial insurance purposes.

Each registered user is assigned a dedicated User Vault — a secure, private data storage that accumulates every loss run request letter created through your account. The User Vault is personal to the account holder (agent owner, broker, producer, CSR, or insured) and is not shared with other users.

Vault data is retained in perpetuity — indefinitely and without expiration. Because loss run request letters frequently serve future prospecting efforts and annual renewal cycles, your complete request history is preserved permanently so it remains available to you at any time, across any future policy year. You may request deletion of your Vault data at any time by contacting us (see Section 11), at which point your data will be removed upon verified request.

• Maintain and provide access to your User Vault.
• Respond to inquiries submitted via our Contact form.
• Improve, maintain, and secure the Site and its features.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

When a FreeLossRuns.com user orders loss runs that arrive showing obvious open and over-reserved claims, OverReserved.com provides the tools to correct, lower, and in some cases completely close out those open claims — dramatically increasing the user's ability to bind a new prospect, or retain a current renewal customer, over any competing agency or broker also quoting the account.

OverReserved.com is, and always will remain, entirely optional. It is never a requirement of using FreeLossRuns.com. FreeLossRuns.com itself will always be 100% free, with no fees, no subscriptions, and no per-order charges — ever. OverReserved.com is a separate, optional paid membership for those who choose to take advantage of its claim reserve correction capabilities.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jackson County, Mississippi.
